I closed my apartment door and it was just cloudy out. I stepped outside my apartment building and it was an all out downpour! Luckily I had plans to style a run "rainy day" shot and had my umbrella. I tucked my camera under an overhang and stepped out into the rain!

The umbrella came as a result of an ill-planned trip out in NYC. I ran into TJMaxx after the skies opened up! It's better to spend $10 on a good umbrella and $5 to the guys on the street selling black umbrellas. Those can be considered one use umbrellas. You might as well just give me five dollars.
